As your wallet recovers from a loaded Friday, we have a few updates on some neat physicals dropping this week. Luckily, it appears to be a light one so far, but of course, that can change in an instant in the Vaporwave world. Here's a few quick hits to keep an eye out for, but be sure to check the Release Archive for a complete and ever-updating list of physical drops.
HKE & t e l e p a t h テレパシー能力者 - Gateway アセンション
First up, as mentioned last week, HKE and telepath's split album 'Gateway' drops today at 3pm ET on Pure Life Tapes Bandcamp. It will be reissued on cassette and pressed for the first time onto vinyl. We don't have any mockups of the tapes yet but the vinyl looks stunning. If you're a fan of HKE and telepath's later works, definitely check it out, as its very likely these physicals go fast.
Also, available NOW on Diggers Factory is a surprise pressing of a classic vapor album, 'NEONITES' by CYBEREALITYライフ. This vinyl pressing seemed to drop out of nowhere and is an edition of only 100 copies on green and pink splatter, set to ship out later this month. You can preview the entire album on the vinyl page before buying. Those who revel in the early, simplistic vapor sound will most likely love this pressing of CYBEREALITY's 2014 album, as it is a prime reflection of the sound of that era and features well known artists on a few tracks including Nmesh, BBRAINZ and 猫 シ Corp. Around 50 copies remain at the time of this post!
