Weekly Physical Update: July 1
It may not be a Bandcamp Friday this week, but there's still an abundance of stellar Vaporwave physicals going up for sale! Let's dive into 3 dropping this week that we think are absolute must-haves.
As always, for a complete and ever-changing list of items releasing, consult the Release Archive as we always do our best to update daily with every new Vaporwave physical announced. Also, look for the "Best of" June post to go up around Sunday of next week (we want to give some more time for a few June physicals to arrive so we can feature them) and the next Vapor Vinyl Spotlight in video form a week after that.

Transversal Worldwide Shopping - Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza (Tape)
Underwater Computing - 7/2 at 5pm Paris
Originally released digitally back in 2014 and physically last year on cassette, Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza's mallsoft drone album will be getting the ultimate reissue this Friday on Underwater Computing's Bandcamp. The label will be putting out both a Deluxe Edition Cassette and an Ultra-limited Ultimate Edition inside of a special box. Both will feature a black case with metal foil on the cover and cards along with LED printed shells. While pictures have not been shown yet, both editions sound remarkable and a perfect way to commemorate the final reissue of a true classic. All proceeds will go directly to the family of the artist, Cesar Alexandre, who recently passed away.
夢の中で失われました [Ultimate Edition] - s a k i 夢 (Tape/Vinyl)
Tiger Blood Tapes - Available Now
Tiger Blood Tapes dropped a bomb this past Monday with a reissue of s a k i 夢's 2016 album "Lost in a Dream" on both vinyl and cassette. The long adored "fishvapour" album has seen issues on both cassette and vinyl before; a tape run via Bedlam Tapes and a vinyl run via Tetra System. After a failed Qrates campaign for a 2x LP repress last spring, Tiger Blood Tapes took it upon themselves to reissue the album properly on their label. This is the "Ultimate" version of the album, featuring 4 previously unreleased tracks, as well as the track Dream #5 "免れる" which had been cut from previous physical editions due to its length (nearly 16 minutes). The first vinyl run on orange wax has already sold out but a 2nd edition on blue and yellow swirl vinyl (as seen above) is still available as of posting. Tapes are going fast as well with only 3 remaining as of now. You won't want to miss owning this one physically, so jump on your preferred format!
A quick note as well, the sequel s a k i 夢 album "Cyber Fish" which was planned but never released until now, was also dropped on physicals by Tiger Blood this week. Both tapes and vinyl remain and the album feels like a true sequel to the first. We highly recommend giving it a listen before pulling the trigger on "Lost in a Dream" to see if you may want to add it to the same order.
Illuminations - FM Skyline (Tape and Vinyl)
100PercentElectronica - Available Now
FM Skyline's newest album, "Illuminations," is set to be released on September 10th and 100PercentElectronica has opened up pre orders for vinyl and cassette copies slated to be shipped by release date. The album is meant to be an homage to the way art from the French surrealism era inspired some of the early digital art of the 80s and 90s, an interesting and unique concept indeed. The first track "Veil" has already been released and it's a great taste of what should be another stellar album from FM Skyline.
